DDS Freight is a complete solution geared toward the activities of forwarding agents (air, sea, land), assuring the global management of import or export tasks. It covers all aspects of transportation and customs as well as operations in sales and purchases.

Comprised of 5 modules, DDS Freight responds to a wide array of needs:

TMS Forwarding operations
This function allows data gathering from import/export dossiers, the management of all modes of transportation (air, sea, land), trip registration and consolidation, quotes, billing, evaluation of the price of purchases from different providers, production of necessary documents and generation of statistics. DDS Freight has a standard interface with the customs clearance program Deltapass from Conex, as well as the booking and traceability programs from Traxon and INTTRA.

It equally assures document management (BL, CMR, LTA, Manifeste etc.) and the preparation of CREDOC files. All together these operations lead to the construction of a library which tracks outstanding bills, making it easy to keep them under control.

Billing control
DDS Freight includes an accounting program that calculates purchasing prices by applying pre determined rates. This module allows the control of purchases from multiple providers and puts out a “payment order” that is automatically delivered to the accounting department.

Tracking and Alerts
This module assures the tracking of import/export operations by notifying the system every time there is an interruption in the chain (lifting, shipment, arrival, delivery). The alerts are in the form of automatic messages sent directly to the appropriate person or department.

Sales Management
This module allows the organization and the monitoring of the sales force: prospecting, lead transformation and follow up.

Order Management
Thanks to this function, users can easily manage orders, or shipping on behalf of the shipper, by referring to a detailed order form for each client. It displays a list of available products furnished by the supplier as well as the consolidations transmitted by the shipper. DDS Freight allows users to assign and distribute orders to containers and to automatically generate the transit file.
